Initial Research Findings :
- The album cover is generally the focus and is the face of the advert
- Some adverts show the album cover in small against an image of the artist
- Album Name/Artist Name/ Release Date = largest parts of the advert in size
- Consistent font styles and colours
- Text colours are in keeping with the main colours of the album/advert
- Some adverts have star (*) ratings or quotes from reviewers
- Reviewers range from magazines to newspapers mainly e.g. NME
- Capital Letters signify the most important pieces of information
- The option to download is made clear depending on how modern the advert is
- Record label logos are regularly small at the bottom of advert (ownership)
- Black and white house style seems simple yet effective
